Depuis 2004, les malvoyants peuvent appeler, voire échanger des textos, avec des portables exclusivement en braille. Mais la technologie ne s'est pas figée début 2000. Si aujourd'hui, 46% des Français pianotent sur leur smartphone, les 2 millions de malvoyants, eux, sont restés au bon vieux portable. Plus pour très longtemps.
